Textile Village Factory 1 & 2

Textile Village is a purpose-built factory development created in partnership with LMI Land Investments to support the rapid growth of Ghana’s textile industry.

The initiative was driven by the need to offer international and local clients a ready-to-use industrial facility for immediate expansion into the country.

McKenzie Brown was tasked with the design and fabrication of two factory buildings located within the Dawa Industrial Zone. The project involved extensive structural detailing, precision welding, and high-quality finishing. Both structures are now fully completed and ready for on-site erection—demonstrating our capacity to deliver turnkey industrial solutions at scale.
