The Mega Warehouse at Meridian Industrial Park is one of Ghana’s most significant logistics developments — a phased, multi-block warehousing complex built within the Tema Free Zones to serve high-volume, multi-client operations. IWC developed the facility to meet growing demand for modern, large-scale storage and distribution, and JMC was engaged as general contractor across successive phases from 2016.

Our works covered the full range of enabling and external infrastructure — bulk earthworks, platform preparation, stormwater drainage networks, internal roadworks, hardstand areas, and utility connections — all coordinated to keep pace with an expanding operational facility. ATQC supplied concrete and concrete products throughout the development.

Today the facility is home to a range of blue-chip tenants including Nestlé, Volkswagen, and Toyota — a testament to the standard of infrastructure delivered and the strategic value of the Meridian Industrial Park location.
