Johnson Warehouses

Scope of work: Construction of multiple warehouse units including structural works and roofing; internal road construction; stormwater drainage and site drainage systems; site infrastructure and servicing.

The Johnson Warehouses project was one of JMC’s earliest contributions to Ghana’s industrial landscape — a multi-unit warehousing development within the Tema Free Zones enclave, delivered at a time when the zone was beginning to establish itself as a hub for logistics and light manufacturing.

JMC delivered the full construction scope: structural works for multiple warehouse units, roofing, internal roads, stormwater drainage, and site infrastructure. Completed in 2007, the facilities continue to serve as functional storage and operational spaces for a range of tenants within the enclave.

This project was an early demonstration of JMC’s industrial construction capability — a track record that has since grown to encompass some of West Africa’s most significant infrastructure developments.
