Scope of work:
Land Investment commissioned our team to transform a set of rusted steel beams into two modern gatehouses at Meridian Park—redefining both security and arrival experience.
By carefully shot blasting and reworking the original steel elements, we repurposed aged materials into high-performance structural components with a clean, contemporary finish. The result was a pair of durable, cost-effective gatehouses that not only reinforced site security but also elevated the identity of the park’s entrance.
