Saglemi City Sign
Scope of work: Steel signage works including concept-to-fabrication detailing (as required), plasma cutting of steel components, fabrication and welding of the primary structure, surface preparation, priming and protective paint system, and installation/erection of the sign structure on site with all required finishing works.
As part of the revival of the Saglemi Housing Project, our team was commissioned to design, fabricate, and install a new entry signage structure—an enduring landmark representing the renewed vision for the development.
We engineered a robust steel sign system to balance visual impact with structural performance, incorporating fabrication detailing suited to long-term outdoor exposure. The works included precision plasma cutting, assembly and welding, surface preparation, and protective painting to achieve a clean finish and extended service life.
The completed sign serves as both a functional point of orientation and a strong symbol of confidence in the project’s redevelopment.
