Meridian Industrial Park
Meridian Industrial Park is one of West Africa’s most significant industrial developments — a 700-acre zone within the Tema Free Zones that has attracted some of the world’s leading manufacturing and logistics businesses. Since 2005, JMC has been the primary infrastructure contractor on the park, working in close partnership with LMI Land Investments across two decades of phased development.
Our scope has covered the full enabling infrastructure of the park: road networks, stormwater drainage systems, utility corridors, and plot preparation across successive phases — all delivered to accommodate the exacting requirements of major industrial operators.
Today, Meridian Industrial Park and its adjacent Octoglow lands are home to global blue-chip companies including Cargill, Barry Callebaut, Wilmar, Chocomac, Agility, Bunge Loders, CIMAF, Toyota Manufacturing Ghana, and 3F Ghana Limited. The quality and reliability of the infrastructure we have delivered is part of what makes the park one of the most sought-after industrial addresses in Ghana.
